  • SJS is great to work with! Steve & Alyssa are always very responsive to the needs of our condo associations. Their estimates are very thorough detailing what was done & what needs to be done, including pictures. They follow up when completing a job with additional pictures as well. Very reasonable & professional!! As a property manager, they make my job a lot easier!

  • I use SJS Roofing & Construction at many of my Condominium Associations. The office staff is amazing and will answer any of my questions in a very timely manner. They first do a bid and address all the issues they find; they include pictures and a detailed description along with the cost. After they complete the project, they again give you a detailed list of what was done, with pictures. There is no job too small or too big from siding to gutters, roofing issues... their staff is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend SJS!
