  • Stephens Roofing did a great job on our roof. Our rep, Matt, was very thorough going through our options but was never pushy. They were always easy to get in touch with and communicated with us clearly. They were very patient and helpful when it came to meeting up with our insurance adjuster. Once everything was settled there, they managed to fet us on the schedule within about a week. When the crew showed up to do the work, they were polite and tidy. They were able to do the entire job in just one day, except for a very small area where they ran out of shingles. They let us know the situation as soon as they were aware. As soon as they had the materials (it took an additional day as they had to send a runner to Austin to pick them up), they popped out and finished the work. The next day, Felix came by to do the final inspection, and he was also very polite and clear about what he was there to do. Overall, it was a relatively easy experience and I will gladly use Stephens Roofing in the future.

  • Stephens Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. There was close communication all during the process. Even though it was a small repair job they treated it as though it was much bigger. We used them for our prior roof replacement also.
