  • We had to replace our roof after all the recent storms. Chris G was great to work with. He was with us every step of the way. Inspecting the roof for hail damage, meeting with the claims adjuster, showing us color options for our shingles and keeping in touch with us thru the entire process. He was quick to respond when we had questions either with a text or a call. On the day the roof was replaced he made sure our flower beds and shrubs were protected. Would definitely recommend!

  • I was very pleased with the work MidSouth did on my roof, and especially with Chris G. who facilitated the job and was just outstanding. My roof has a very steep pitch, and I replaced the entire roof with a different color shingle, plus had new gutters installed all the way around. To make it even more complicated, I work out of town, and am gone Monday through Friday, and I have a pool which meant extra vigilance on keeping gates shut and locked for safety. I also have a highly landscaped yard, with flowerbeds, and bushes and fruit trees. Plus I wanted my downspouts painted to match the house, and I had shutters I wanted installed. If it sounds complicated that’s because it was, there were a lot of balls in the air. Chris never dropped a single ball, and the entire project was completed in 3 days from start to sign off. My flowerbeds weren’t destroyed, my gates were locked every evening, my shutters were hung, downspouts painted, and Chris touched base with me and sent me photos, as the job progressed, from start to finish. Very impressive job of coordination, very thoughtful business practices, and just a wonderful experience.
