What a great company to work with! They made every aspect of our solar panel installation project, from the initial decision through to the activation so easy. They very clearly communicated throughout the project – hot just what, but how, why, and when. I had sent several companies a rather long list of questions about experiences, approach, my concerns, etc. The next morning, I received from Triton a comprehensive answer including explanations, pictures, references, licenses, insurance, and more. For example, one question I had asked was about was what I would need to do with the local utility; their answer really summed up the entire project: I sign the paper, and they do everything else. From my initial query to activation was less than six weeks. That included my decision time, three holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years), a couple of snowfalls, permits from the building district and from the local utility, installation, four building department inspections, an inspection by the local utility, and final activation. There were no surprises en route to the activation. They always let me know the progress, when crew would be on site, when inspectors would arrive, etc. All I really had to do was sign the contract and provide access to the electrical panel.
