"Brett Norris advertises he does spray foam insulation. I regret using his company for this service very much. I wanted my entire attic done with spray foam to help with utility costs. The work was done, but they did not do my entire attic and I had to pay someone else to complete the job that he and his workers were paid to do. Brett said he would make it right. After sending him the invoice for my additional expense he did nothing. Also, being a widow, I relied on him to make sure all issues were handled. Now I’ve discovered that I was not advised by Brett of the serious safety risk of installing spray foam in a attic with a gas furnace and may now have to also replace my unit in the attic to avoid a carbon monoxide problem. I would never recommend this company."
