"Someone showed up at the house somehow without calling ahead, and we live in a gated community. Came around taking pictures while i was in the back of the home in the bedroom on the phone. I opened the bedroom door to inquire and they said my husband (used his name personally) had told them to come by. My husband never talked to them. I called to speak to the owners 2 days ago, no one has returned my call? Disturbing lack of professionalism. UPDATE: After I posted a review, describing the invasion of my privacy in the back yard, only then did the owners wife called me. She proceeded to justify to me (as she has done in this review below) why they could come onto the property unannounced. When I do not answer the door bell it is NOT a justification to come onto the property and take pictures 3 feet from my bedroom while I was in my workout clothes. She was not nice about it and did not offer an apology to my feelings on the matter. The owner would never want my privacy violated. Scheduling a visit with us, getting permission to come through the gate is why we live here and is very different from an invasion of privacy unannounced and not registered with security. So folks read the reply below and make your own judgements."
