"Total Quality Roofing installed a new roof on our house about 5-6 years ago. During some heavy rains we noticed a roof leak and called Total Quality Roofing the next day. Jason was able to come out that day and take a look at it and identify the leak, he put a temporary fix on the roof and told us we would get on the work list to get a permanent fix in place. He explained everything they would need to do to fix the problem and today a work crew can a put the permanent fix in place. We appreciate Total Quality Roofing taking care of us and would not hesitate to recommend them for your roofing needs."

"In 2014 we decided our 20-year old roof on our 2-story house needed to be replaced. Total Quality Roofing gave us the lowest cost estimate by far, including 50-year shingles. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast they reroofed our whole house in only two days, and very pleased at how thoroughly they cleaned up around the house. They even took photos of the roofing details which we gave to our homeowners insurance company to receive a significant wind mitigation discount on our insurance premium. THEN, 8 years later in 2022 we saw that some of the shingles covering a peak vent on a very steep peak had cracked. We called Total Quality Roofing to see if they could replace those few shingles, and they came out and reroofed the entire peak. One month later when I reminded them that I had not received their invoice for the repair, they told me it was done at no cost to us! If there were more than 5 stars in this rating system, we would give all of them to Total Quality Roofing."

"The job was done with a higher quality of workmanship then I expected. There was the attention to detail and doing the roof not just right but to a higher standard of excellence. Cuts and shingle butts against the house were clean and even. Flashing was placed on danger points and extra tar was used at critical points. That was what I could see. The finished product looks great and putting in a solar tube that I asked for wasn't a major problem as staff had done it before. Indeed workers were all professional coming in and doing the job with well organized speed. No one was standing around wondering what to do next. All workman knew their jobs and picked up the next task once one was completed making for a speedy roof replacement. Plus, the job looks great the new shingles are different from the rest of houses in the neighborhood and gives the place a distinctive look that will look even better once all the exterior repairs are completed and the house repainted."
