    "Unprofessional and poor customer service. Ken came to my home 4 times over the course of 3 months to gather information and measurements for a kitchen renovation. Never once did he state that they don’t do new cabinets. After patiently waiting several weeks after his last visit, I was suddenly told the owner said I’d be better off with a cabinet company. This was disrespectful of my time. I will gladly go with the other contractor who truly provides a “total home” service."
