"Workers- -Great workers, fast and they did a great job. They always had a guy picking up garbage and keeping the ground clean. -None of the workers spoke English except the foreman, who went on vacation the second day of the job so he was not on site. THCG- -Good piece for the job, everything was explains well before I signed. -There was a miss understanding at first about starting my house first then moving to my neighbors, they did my neighbors first which messed up my work schedule, but in the long run everything panned out. I would and will recommend them to other friends and coworkers. They also give $250 back if someone sign that you referred."

"My wife and I were very impressed with TH Construction Group. They exceeded our expectations for installing and repairing my mother-in-laws roof that was damaged by a tree falling on it. First they came out at night during the Christmas holiday and tarped the roof before an expected rainfall. Then while doing the work they went above and beyond with rebuilding a "turret" portion of the roof that was crushed by the tree. They spend many days beyond the original scope work to make sure it was rebuilt properly and that it looked like the original structure. We are very impressed by the great work and dedication to detail throughout the entire process, and they accommodated our work schedule by meeting with us after work hours. We would highly recommend TH Construction for anyone requiring roofing or other home repairs."

"The person who came to my house had no product knowledge and his conversation was focused on trying to find out the other estimates I received. To the owner who replied to my review: you stated that it was brought to your attention that I was seeking the cheapest price. Whoever told you that has told you a lie. I don't appreciate your replying to my review with a lie. Your sales rep had no product knowledge and his entire focus was trying to find out what other quotes I received. It is obvious to me that you train your sales reps to find out the other estimates so you can give a homeowner a cheaper price. Your rep did exactly what you trained him to do. To the owner I am not hiding behind anything for I have nothing to hide. The words out of my mouth to your sales rep was that I am not focusing on price and I don't want to talk about the other companies but I want to do what is best for my home. But he offered no solutions he just wanted to know what the other estimates were. I then advised him I am not interested in doing business with your company. If you want to believe and stand behind the lie you were told then that is your decision. I am just saying that you are also telling a lie about me on this review by stating that I said I wanted the cheapest price. Your sales rep needs to first find out what the customer wants and what the customer needs. Then offer the customer a solution to give the customer what he wants and needs. Then discuss price and the options which will fit the customer's budget. None of this was done by your sales rep."

They were superb every step of the way- from showing up on time to do a thorough and professional estimate, through many months of follow up and negotiating the details, to the job itself. I got several estimates and found theirs to be reasonable, fair and aligned with the size of the job. The crew showed up early each day, between 7:30-8:00am and worked tirelessly all day until dark. They were all professional, responsive, communicative, kind and efficient. When the job was complete they did an extraordinary job of cleaning up- every single bit of roofing, discarded shingles, & construction materials were removed and swept away. My yard and home were spotless and my roof looks fantastic! Excellent craftsmanship all around. I couldn’t have been more pleased. "Th construction replaced my roof and installed a new skylight. They were punctual professional and informative. we met with the owner who inspected our roof by walking on top and looking in the attic. He showed us their catalogue and explained the warranty. TH Construction obtained the building permit which was really convenient. They started work when they said they would and finished most of it one day. They ran into a few unforeseen issues such as having to replace some plywood and finding that a prior owner had put plywood and shingles over a part of the shingles roof. Th construction also used their own small trailers that did not damage my lawn or driveway. They cleaned all the debris after they left and I received the warranty card a few weeks later. We have a 50 year warranty."

"TH remodeling has been great to me and my family. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Of course I was nervous, getting a new roof or a roof repair is costly. Luke McCarty and John were able to explain everything clearly and provide me with options that suited my budget. TH Remodeling was very attentive and communicated very well. They supported me and explained certain details about applying for building permits and other things that needed to be done in order to process the fixing of my roof. On the day of the work, the contractors were on time, shared pictures with me while I stepped out, and asked for permission when entering certain areas around the home to complete their work. They were really a friendly group. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and my roof and shed look fantastic! I can sleep better now knowing my roof and my family are safe and that I received quality work and excellent customer care. "Be wary and don't fall for their tricks. I'm sure they are good quality but you will for sure over pay. For some reason they need you to sign right away and not have a chance to think it over. Multiple times they asked if my sister was solely responsible for decisions and asked if anyone else will be decision making. Then after arriving the salesperson immediately gave a quote which is literally worth more than half of the value of this house! And if you don't say yes right away somehow this magical "deal" they made up on the spot will go away. Please be wary and don't let susceptible family fall for these underhanded practices."
