About Us
Serving all of Hampton Roads since 1946, Stevens Roofing is known for craftsmanship in slate, copper, tile and metal roofing for residential and commercial properties. However, we also provide services ranging from cleaning gutters and repairing roofs and masonry leaks, to installing all types of fiberglass shingle roofs & flat roofing. We have dedicated employees, some of whom have been with us for over 30 years. Our roofers receive training in a classroom setting as well as on-the-job training, so faulty workmanship practices don't get passed on from one worker to another as often happens with on-the-job training only. We are committed to stressing industry standards as well as teaching about new techniques and products.

"As a GC who works on extensive older home whole house renovations we reached out to this company for the slate roof and gutter issue we have on a project. Same issue as the last poster, came out promised our estimate in 2 days and have ghosted us. Repeated phone calls, getting the same story on phone "Oh, hmmm, I'll have so and so call you." If you cannot do the job for whatever reason, communicate this do not just ignore potential clients. Everyone is busy and overwhelmed right now however, it's no excuse for being discourteous and unprofessional. Shameful...."
