This residential contractor is a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. GAF trains and tests thousands of the best roofers in the country and makes sure they're appropriately licensed and insured so they can offer the best warranties.

Professional and hard working, they put in some very long days and they never failed to tidy up at the end of the day. They replaced all of our exterior lights and outlet covers. At their suggestion, we had them frame all the windows in a contrasting color and I cannot believe how fabulous it looks. They did a lot of extra work, too. When the old siding was removed, they found some rotted areas and they repaired all of them. They also added some trim pieces to give everything a beautiful finished look. This is not the first job Schmidt has done for us. They replaced our roof about two years ago and again, did an outstanding job. I love how great the roof looks with the new siding. I highly recommend these guys. I don't think you can do better. We did get some other quotes for the siding job and Schmidt was the best bid. Quality and Price! Hard to beat."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
