"Called to schedule an appointment to get my garage door looked at, it's having trouble at the joints on the back side of it. I did basic maintenance and lubed them up, cleaned every facet of the garage door and rollers. Explained that this was the issue most likely on the joints, it was not the garage door opener (up top), or the gain or anything else, it was just simply the joints on the garage door itself (most likely). Started asking about the opener, had NO inclination that there were even parts that made up the garage door itself, absolutely no common sense, probably has never seen a garage door in her life. Completely disrespectful. I asked to speak to someone more suited for this, she said "sure" and slammed the phone down. Called a different department, informed them of their idiotic staff member, likely wont hear back, likely nothing will be done. 1 week wait time for a fix. I don't recommend this company if they can't even understand how garage doors work and they are trying to fix them. *** Fun note, after informing them of the issue, the lady called back, and blatantly lied, claims "she didn't hang up the transfer didn't go through". In under 1-2 seconds of asking, I hear a loud slam of the phone, you would not have tried a transfer in 1 second, and slammed the phone. Instead of telling the truth, the facts show it's employees also would rather lie than simply apologize. Nothing is worse than a liar."
"Garage door lift failed causing me to hit the door when backing my car out. Called Wayne Door after business hours. They called early the following morning and were there shortly after. They repaired the door, straightened the bent portion, and made sure the door worked properly. Very skilled, very professional, very responsive. A fantastic experience."
