"roofer came with a buggy that he rolled on the yard area and put rutts in the yard, drove buggy over a sewer line that h/o specifically asked him to not drive. Roofer was to install house roof one day and garage the next day but roofer did it all in one day. roofer tried to use another manufacturer's ridge vent bu then got the correct one when h/o complained. appears more plywood should have been replaced and roofer used h/o air compressor, h/o had to use vacation time to be present. everything was not pleasurable at all"

Mr. Boyles came to our house with all kinds of information & brochures about what was available to us in roofing material & the different qualities & warranties of each product. We felt we had learned alot from him about what was available. The other bidders just gave us an estimate & told us what they were going to put on our roof. They brought a few sample roof tiles & that was it. We thought we were buying what they had & wanted to install. This was not acceptable to us. We wanted to know about the product, it's quality, warranties, & if the Company would back them. Also Mr. Boyles did some repairs to the roof & made it level. We are very pleased with his work & work ethic. They cleaned up everything & finished the job on time. Also Mr Boyles helped us to get great refunds from the Vets organization & the Insurance Agency. We believe Mr Boyles cares about his customers, he was sooo helpful & patient & respectful; a breath of fresh air in this day ."
