"First it started with Rick not being able to show the first appointment. Was rescheduled then he came early with me not being home. Was asked to Fax insurance adjusters quote, this was completed and no response. I called 3 times and text was told it was being reviewed a few times and so, I waited and this was 9/8/23 with no response still to this day. Remind you guys I checked this company out on Yelp and the BBB it had great reviews for years with no complaints showing. I truly do not know how this has happened. Worst experience.
