"I was looking for someone to replace my vinyl siding with Hardie. Quote was in the ballpark with others and I had used RoofCrafters previously for a new roof. I had existing water damage from an improperly installed window. Since they can't find damage until the siding is removed, this work was not included in the quote. It took 7 weeks before they could start but the crew did good work and let me know about any rotted wood that was uncovered. Some wood was marginal, but I chose to replace everything, which brought up the cost of the job. There were some surprises along the way but everything was dealt with to my satisfaction. My sales associate was by almost every day to check progress and to deal with any issues I had. The most important thing, though, was having a crew that knew what they were doing and could address issues quickly and competently. Hardie ain't cheap so having it installed correctly is very important. RoofCrafters has the crew and tools/equipment needed to get the job done. I'm quite happy with the results."
