"This was our first experience with Quality Sheet Metal Heating & Air for maintenance since they had installed our A/C and fixed the ductwork that was mangled by a previous company. Our initial experience with the installation was amazing both in the explanation of issues to the repair and installation. For approx 10 years we had another company do our maintenance- they were in and out no conversation or explanations. This was the polar opposite of those appointments, the Tech was through and explained everything he checked and why he was happy that everything was working. He is a really nice man! I went ahead and chose Quality after a thorough inspection. The workers were really great! They worked fast and did a great clean up job. When we were going into a heat wave I checked my a/c system and changed the filters. I noticed some rusty water… I called John. He came right out and I decided to get the system completely updated. The system was old. Once again the workers were fast and did a great job. I’m very happy with my new roof and my new hvac system! I couldn’t be happier with Quality sheet metal and their workmen! "We LOVE Quality Sheet Metal. Our downstairs A/C stopped blowing cold air, so I called and left a message on a Sunday morning, not really expecting to hear back until Monday. However, within an hour I was called back and John came out to assess my unit that afternoon. After trying multiple fixes, it was determined that we just needed a replacement. John gave us a good, better, best quote and allowed my husband and I to discuss without pressure. On Monday, we decided and by Wednesday our new unit was installed before a major heatwave.
