Platinum Restoration is a full-service general contractor specializing in storm damage restoration and exterior renovations. Our common goal is one thing- complete customer satisfaction! We bring together a perfect team of field inspectors, office staff and project managers to get your home back to normal after a storm. "I have always had a hard time getting a hold of Dave. He doesn’t answer. Doesn’t return. My calls for weeks!! When the hell damage happened in May I was right on the situation, trying to get a hold of my insurance company, and getting them out to inspect, and get them the contract and everything they needed. They sent the checks and I then worked diligently to get them to my morgue company and then they sent me the checks for Platnium I’ve had them for two months. I keep trying to get a date for them to come do the work and Dave says next week we’ll call to set ans appointment, that week came and went. I messaged the next week l when are they going to come do the roof. No response. Few days later, still no response. The next week still no response!!! I call leave a message no call back!! Nothing!! For three weeks!!"
"2nd "Positive" UPDATE: Owner Andrew and company Rep Brian came out today as scheduled and fixed "all" issues brought to their attention. They were very professional, explained issues and fixes for all (which were minimal). Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND/call back if any future roofing/siding repairs require attention because of future storm damage. UPDATE: Owner and rep from company came out tonight....soooo attentive!!! They will be fixing the one pop-out section of siding within a week or so. Super professional and personable. SOOO impressed... Thank you Andrew and Brian for stopping out tonight. Looking forward to working with you again. The siding keeps coming loose/pops out, have to pop back in every once in a while. Facia is not perfect. Would not use again, owner attentive though.
