"I had several leaks in my roof and tried unsuccessfully to have them repaired. Perry came out to my house and told me the original installation 10 years ago had been done improperly for that section of my roof. He recommended redoing that section (420 sq. ft. and unseen from the street). He came out on a Monday and the roof was replaced on that Wednesday. Great company to work with and extremely professional. My neighbor had them redo his entire roof after seeing the job done on my house. Highly recommned Perry's Roofing."

"Perry's Roofing company is the best! Last week Perry's Roofing replaced our flat-roof. Prior to the job Perry came to the house and explained some different roofing options. Many roof companies do not offer options or try to explain and many roofing companies don’t ever send you a bid. We went with a more expensive EPDM. which is should last longer and do a better overall job. Last week Perry's team showed up on time and went to work by 8:30am.... the day was long because the 12 man team needed to begin by removing the old roof and the old roof deck as well... as it turns out they also needed to replace 20 pieces of completely rotted-plywood(which cost extra)... as the men got the plywood down it began to rain cats and dogs... but this did not slow them down at all..they worked until around 9pm and half of them returned the following day and again didn’t finish until nightfall... They did an amazing job and I'd would highly recommend Perry's Roofing and his entire team to anyone looking to do a flat-roof because I would bet they are the best roofing company in Westchester!"

"SCAM company. Don’t hire. My new roof that they installed is still not repaired. It’s been months. Leaked twice since they installed it. There was water damage and bubbling paint inside my house. And they still haven’t come to repair the inside. Their workers were loud and played loud music in the early morning until the night. Not professional. I work from home and wasn’t able to work. One of the workers was creepy and left flowers on my door. It wasn’t sweet. They have a completely disorganized payment system. I paid them $5000 via credit card and they said I never did and they had no record I spoke to anyone. So disorganized. They made appointments four times to come and repair the inside and they never showed, never called. And the quote they give you isn’t really valid. They add on thousands in extra costs. Including insulation! The quote I had for $8000 ended up over $10,000. Be sure that they quote the roof cost with insulation and all costs. You shouldn’t have to do that, but they will say your roof cost more as if they have no idea how to give an estimate. So many things went wrong. Even their dumpster company left giant gouges from the dumpster in my driveway when they took away debris. It ended up an insurance claim."
