    "OCHM company completed my roof replacement on or around September 15th. I have held off writing this review, giving the opportunity for the company to warranted a beautiful review. Unfortunately, I have to report the reality of our interaction. First I will say that the roof work was inspected and the workmanship was rated satisfactory. My issue is, despite no less than 3 requests and 3 promises, OCHR failed/refused to honor the part of the contract to leave the property broom clean. Debris, 6-12" wood splinter, tools, nails, a box of staples and pieces of wood cut from sections of the roof fell into the inside of my attic. And this debris is from the front to the rear of the attic. Please note, I cleaned the attic floor before the roof work began. As a permanently disabled 66yo female, I do not have the bandwidth to easily cleanup after the roofers and am budgeting to pay someone to come and cleanup. There was roofing material left on the side of the house (in my neighbor's driveway and the windshield of my neighbor's car was shattered. Not wanting to cause any trouble for the crew, I was more than happy to take care of my neighbor's windshield issue. But, I see the cleanup as the responsibility of OCHM management. I have never left a bad review for any service, but today I am feeling like if I had a man living here this would not be happening."
