O'Danny Boy Builders, is a licensed and bonded general contractor and roofing company that specializes in storm-related roof repair and restoration. O’Danny Boy was established in 2009 with the mission to bring a standard of excellence and integrity to the storm restoration industry. Based in Chicago, O’Danny Boy services not only the Chicago metropolitan area, but also has a successful track record of residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the Midwestern states. We take pride in providing the highest quality products, superior craftsmanship, and an in-depth understanding of the insurance claim process. We have earned the distinction of being recognized as a GAF Master Elite Contractor, and proudly carry an A+ rating by the BBB. "We worked with Jeff to get quotes for a new TPO roof installation on an 8 unit building in Lincoln Park. Jeff was responsive and knowledgeable enough to help guide our HOA to the right materials for our style of flat roofing. Their team worked quickly to remove the old roof, install new skylights (hatch and non hatch), and provide verbal and picture updates to the work throughout the two weeks they were here. "This company came knocking on MY door for MY business. Initial first impression was great. First promises broken at the inspection of my roof with the insurance company. One of their employees was to be on the roof with the insurance person but that did NOT happen. My insurance claim was denied. They promised to help with the appeal but haven’t really done anything. I have been getting the run around about emails that were submitted but my insurance company never received. Multiple calls to the contact I have at the company with nothing but excuses. Now not answering my call or returning voicemails. Go somewhere else before you suffer the same issues"
