About Us

We started this company with a strong belief that consumers need a roofer they can trust. Before we started Mr.Roof.Inc, we had worked in the roofing industry for years and was disheartened. Every company we worked for cared about money first and the customer second. We felt that it should be the opposite. We believe that as long as you are honest and take care of the customer first, everything else will fall into place. So that’s what we’ve built our business on here at Mr.Roof.     "I had an issue with a slight leak during the big storm on Monday. I called Mr. Roof on Tuesday and as always was greeted by the receptionist who is always so lovely to speak to. She then contacted Vladimir who said he would be out that night to take a look. He showed up around 6:15 and fixed my issue right then. I was certainly not expecting them to come out the same day and fix the leak, but I am so glad they did as we are expecting more horrible weather Wednesday and Saturday. Thank you to all involved you are all very amazing people. I wish there was more companies out there like yours."

    "When Eugene came to give me an estimate he was on time and very thorough. Out of the 3 estimates that I got, Mr. Roof is the only one who gave me a folder and showed me all the materials that they use. Eugene took the time to listen to my needs, explain everything to me and give me options. After receiving my estimate, which was 2 days later and very reasonable compared to the others, I called Mr. Roof to make an appointment. I spoke with Anna and she was so pleasant, funny and easy to talk with. Anna would either email me or call me to keep me updated on the whole process. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and the timely manner in which the job was done, they even came back on a Sunday to finish up. During the roof installation Vladimir would stop by and check on the crew. They also replaced all my wooden trim with PVC and installed leaf guards in my gutters. When the job was complete everything was picked up and gone within a day. When Vladimir came back to do his final check over with me he made sure that I was pleased before he emailed me my invoice. Mr. Roof reminds me of an old Mom & Pop business, where they put the customer first and make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend them!"

    "They just want to make money out of you. They will try to sell you services that you dont need. They gave me an unreasonably high quote for a minor siding repair. I went ahead it reluctantly because I didnt want to wait. They come out on the day of the job and tell me they will be back in a month because they dont have material which they also charged me for btw. They called during that period to reschedule my appointment because they double booked their technician. Then after a month they come out and tell me they cant fix it and it will cost more (holding the customer hostage essentially as I already waited a month). They ended up overcharging me on top of what was already signed as part of the original contract and wasting more than a month just for a minor repair. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you have a lot of time any money to spare and love being cheated. My technician was George btw."
