  • "When we purchased our home, we needed to replace the roof. We turned to Iossi construction and found them to be very professional. We had one room that we weren't sure what would be underneath the roof, and they were great at communicating with us with phone calls and photos. They completed the project in two days, cleaned up the yard and were on their way. Price-wise, they were middle of the pack with the other places we got quotes from. We were very pleased."

  • "I had a new roof, gutters with gutter guards, windows, front door with screen door, kitchen door and garage back door. I've lost track on the amount of phone calls I made regarding installation, employee rudeness (I was told oh that's him, he's just gruff) and lack of listening. I was told my gutter guard was installed correctly it's just the "whirly birds" getting stuck, and that's why I have a pile of leaves in gutters??? The screen door was raining in, 3 trips later and it's fixed (I know the difference between condensation and rain). The miter corners don't come to together (use caulking instead that works well if you use, right?). I was told that's ok because those miter corners never come together perfectly (can't wait to see the water that leaks in there). The new screen door had a dent and not level, fixed with a screw right on the dent (it's already getting rusty. The plywood under the old siding had holes but only the house rap was placed over holes (and that's just the holes I noticed in the garage, I'm sure more I didn't see not taken care of, can't wait to get my heating bill). Two of the windows you can feel air coming in around the seal (should help with heating costs). The siding on both peaks on the side of house hanging off after a couple of days. The electrical hook up for the house was hanging off, they forgot to put back on. You can see gaps in some spots that the siding wasn't installed properly. By the way when it rains, I can hear rain dripping in the attic. The insurance agent will be out to look for leaks but I'm sure it's just condensation. The promise of how soon the installation would be completed was excuse after excuse, I understand the supply chain was backed up but quit telling me I'm first on the list when I see other Iossi roofs getting done. There is so much more to add but basically it was a shoddy job and poor customer service. I would not recommend using Iossi."

  • "Iossi provided great service and a great product. Dave Hemming was thorough and knowledgeable when preparing my bid. Dawn answered all my questions and followed up on outstanding items. The crew was friendly, efficient and talented. Even a year later when I needed a minor tweak, they promptly addressed my concern and took care of it. Customer service is non-existent anymore -- except at Iossi Construction!"
