This residential contractor is a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. GAF trains and tests thousands of the best roofers in the country and makes sure they're appropriately licensed and insured so they can offer the best warranties.

"They did my roof, sample tile selection & recommendations on pro/cons. Install crew very professional & meticulous. Anthony & Jillian were very much hands on, handled all the paperwork/permits/final inspection by city. Old roof was original from construction in 1989, Imperial replaced any wooden plywood structure that needed it, as well as the more modern, now rubberized tar paper, which originally was basically decomposing. Definitely not one of those "fly by night" operations that appear out of nowhere post tropical storms/hurricanes & 'magically' disappear a few yrs later & God forbid have to reach for a sudden leak due to shoddy material, workmanship or both. Imperial is always there, follows up post install & if any issues, they take care of it until 1000% satisfied!"
