"Cowan Roofing did great job bailing us out of a tough spot. Our builder (of which whom I will not mention) never built our roof "to code" and we didn't find out about it until our roof began leaking water in the garage due to a bad rain storm. In some areas, the builder put shingle directly on plywood and there was no water and ice shield at all. We checked the reviews of several companies before choosing Cowan and they definitely didn't disappoint. Cowan's staff showed up early, greeted us, and explained the details of the job and finished exactly when they said they would. For about 6-7 hours of work, the job looks amazing, confirming the accuracy of previous reviews. It is not often that contractors and companies keep their work and deliver excellent service, but for your roofing needs, Cowan should be your first call."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
