"We originally scheduled an appointment for an estimate on multiple leak repairs back in December of 2021 for our 22,000 sq. ft building but when I called to reschedule the inspection for an estimate I spoke with a man who told me that someone had already gone out for the inspection but we were not open. I mentioned to the man over the phone perhaps the gentleman went to the wrong facility because no one had shown up. He then tells me ill-mannered that if I wanted to get an estimate I would have to google my own square footage and tell him how much it was because he wasn't going to return to my facility for an estimate. (we are only 19 miles from his business) Supposedly a man waited outside of our building for 4 hours waiting for us to open…kind of unbelievable someone would waste that much time... The man I spoke with was very rude so I told him I wasn't going to do the work for him to get a potential customer a simple quote... Keep in mind we have several leaks(8-10) in our roof and it was not going to be a small job. Very unprofessional and doesn't like to put in effort for potential customers... * Kindly address your customers next time and google search things yourself if you don't want to waste your company's drive time on sending another tech out."

"I called several roofers and got several estimates for a low slope roof on our house with a 15 yr old roof with no leaks. And since it’s a 15 yr old roof i wanted to see what my options were. A few wanted to do a tear down and put a new roof that took me to another question of what kind of material to use plus the cost of a new roof wasn’t within my budget at the time. Bob suggested a rubber membrane over the whole roof with a high quality material “ induris 3500 high solids roof coating “ that came with a 15 yr warranty. Plus a 5 yr workmanship warranty on there work. Bob sent Trent to do the coating and was here on time and very professional and very friendly they did a great job! I definitely will call on them when I’ll need the roof replaced. The roof coating saved me money and gave me the reassurance that we won’t have any leaks.. Thank you Competition Roofing!!"
