Customer Reviews

"**Edit** My initial review of this company was two stars. After my review, the owner of the company reached out and we worked together to find a resolution to some of the issues that I had. I am happy with how this concluded and have since changed my rating from two stars to four stars ****** The communication about how long the project would take and when it would start was terrible. I was told it would be a two-day project with a crew of 2 to 4 guys. It turned into a 2-week project with a crew of one guy. I was told the job would likely be able to be finished before October, it didn't start until mid October and I didn't know it was going to start until 3 days before . My house was left messy. The caulking was subpar. I've had people come back three times and have had to clear my schedule for that because the job wasn't done properly the first time. This wasn't even because I asked for it. It's because the owner did a walk through with me and was not impressed with the quality of work either. The fact that the owner came in personal to walk through is the one saving grace that bumps this up to two stars. It was nice to have him do a walk through but it doesn't seem like it accomplished anything. I've still got smeared caulk on my window frames after multiple people have said that they've cleaned everything up . Every time someone comes in saying they're here to clean up they leave more of a mess because they trim caulk and then just leave it on the floor or in the carpet. Overall I'm very disappointed with the quality of work that was done and how it was handled when I brought it up. **Edit** My initial review of this company was two stars. "“I have contracted CoMo for several jobs and each time has been a pleasant experience. From the friendly receptionist to the busy project manager, they’re all great to work with. My projects turned out great, including the suggestions from my sales representative. Even when things didn’t go as planned, they worked to complete the job to my satisfaction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good experience with a local, reliable company. They also offered me an extended warranty on their work. “"
"I bid my roofing replacement project with four companies - only two responded and only one on the same day as the solicitation -CoMo Premium Exteriors (CPE). The thoroughness and clarity of the bid estimator (Wes) was excellent, as was the follow-up of other CPE team members involved with the project (Elizabeth and Lee). The projected lead-time until a crew would arrive was to-the-day what we were told. And because of the size of our roof (nearly a 50 square job), its steeper pitch and having to not drop the old roofing tear-off on the backside of house because of a large screen porch, two crews were actually assigned to our project. With a chance of rain the next day, the project was hopefully to be completed in one day and it was, thanks to the double crew's hard work and expertise; they worked over a 12 hour day. The final clean-up even went until just after dark. There was no problem communicating with the Latino crew members as they had a member serving as liaison that spoke English fairly well and could relay any needed info. Having replaced the roof of a home myself some 30 years ago, I could fully appreciate the focus and endurance of the crews as they progressed. I was impressed with CPE start to finish, with the finish being as strong as the start, as the company's owner, Elias, made the final inspection himself, including the use of a drone to make sure all aspects of being an Owens-Corning Platinum installer are being met. The roofing materials used, project installation and the finished roof more than met our expectations at a price I felt was a good value (and substantially less than the competing bid). Thanks CPE for a job well-done!"
