  • I call them to request an estimate on a new roof for a home I just purchased in the area. The receptionist could not understand that I did not live in the home as of yet and needed a new roof after many attempts of explaining that. She said she put in the estimate request. After many days I never received the information called back to figure out what's going on. Then the receptionist acted like I was yelling at her when I was not I was explaining to her that I'm a consumer and I would like to have the roof done. Found the whole thing ridiculous. I do not feel comfortable using them.

  • Called in and asked to see if we could get an estimate to have a roof replaced on a property we are managing and the owner quoted us $600 just to give us an estimate. When I questioned him on it he hung up on me. In addition to that his receptionist had a little bit of an attitude on the phone...No thanks.
