"The team at Bison Builders was amazing!!!! Best experience we could have ever had!! We spoke with 10 companies and got 7 quotes. Bison has the right quality of shingles, warranty and service for the best price! Other companies were charging more for lower quality shingles and sub par service. One company came out without a ladder to check out our roof, he needed to borrow our ladder. Another company was all about trying to make this an insurance claim. What we needed was a house and detached 3 car garage retail price replacement. From the time we had Christian out to the installation and completion of our roofs was 3 weeks! Christian walked us through every step in the process at our initial meeting and was there in person throughout the the process. Our roof was in worse condition than we thought and the team jumped into action to pivot and fix the issues regarding the roof decking before moving forward with the new shingles. While work was going on Christian sent the onsite guy Caleb into action to get the extra supplies needing for the roof decking replacement. During the install Christian was there along with Caleb and Caleb stuck around and managed the crew doing the work when Christian went back to the office. Caleb did amazing! He too was super friendly and explained all that was going on. The crew did a great job at cleaning up the mess and had the dumpster gone the next day. Then 2 days after the install we had 2 guys (1 crew and Caleb) come out to do an additional inspection on both roofs and an additional clean up to ensure the job was done correctly. Our neighbors got their roof redone on the same day from another company and they have not gotten the same level of service we did with Bison Builders! Totally Recommend to Everyone!!!"
