"I had Axis Roof & Gutter here twice before and was so happy that I had them out again to clean my roof, gutters and powerwash my house. Sergio was on time, polite and very organized. He brought extra tarps to keep the debris from my gravel driveway and was very careful not to damage any plants growing near the house. He was really good at keeping the debris from blowing onto specific areas that I designated as sensitive. He was able to get the tarps and debris moved away from the house without ANY mess. He was thorough when he applied the moss prevention product. Sergio carefully powerwashed debris from the exterior of windows and did a walk around with me to inspect. I am impressed with Sergio's work ethic and dedication to get the job done quickly and flawlessly. The price was comparable and reasonable by today's standards. "I am a contractor and used this company recently to install new gutters on a project. I have used several others over the years and will definitely be using Axis from now on. There customer service was much better than my previous experiences. I worked with Jennie in the office and she was very helpful and friendly as well as did a great job to accommodate and coordinate as this project. Our schedule fell at the same time as the snow so there was a bit of a challenge but that was worked out the second safe working conditions where available. It was a fairly large home and they sent out 2 full crews and trucks to tackle. The crew was on time, professional and very friendly as well. I can say that from my previous experience with other gutter replacement companies it was a night and day experience and will not consider using anyone else from here out. Between there customer service, quality and of course cost it is no question they are #1. I will also be using them for my roof replacement projects moving forward."

"I have used this company twice. The first time I used them at my first house and they came to fix my gutter that was overflowing. They came out and didn’t fix it right. I called they showed up a couple of weeks later. I was told 8 am that day and the crew didn’t show up until 6pm. They were busy with a job that was bigger and paying more. I was pretty mad about this and wrote a bad review and the owner called me and assured me this will never happen again and then he made it right. I have this company another chance. I purchased a new house and on inspection we found a roof leak and dirty gutters. I had the leak fixed by them and the gutters cleaned. This was in November 2021. Last week second week in December I found one of the gutters not done while hanging Christmas lights. I called angelica at axis roof who immediately said it has been stormy and they cleaned it. She sent me pictures of the completed gutters and I sent her pictures back of the dirty gutter. The pictures she send me was not even the gutter that was missed. Instead of being told we will come out right away and fix it she went to the estimator to see if they should come back out. Finally after a day and half of waiting they decided to come back out. The crew came back out and checked all the gutter and cleaned them all out and said yes this one was missed by mistake. I am not upset they missed one. I am upset they I am being called a liar. Below I am posting pictures of what a clean gutter by them looked like and the one they missed. I need to get my roof replace and had them come out and do an estimate. I will not be using you guys for my 20000 dollar job. I was going to use you. You use good material but the fact when I did two small jobs and both times I was treated poorly. I will never call you guys back out again!!! I can also tell you anyone ask me if I know a good roofer I will first say not your company."

"We had new gutters put on our home with a portion of them having micro screens. The team at Axis was great. It was really nice having a front line receptionist who was present, answered the phone & made inclusive notes to pass along to those who needed the information. The estimator answered all of our questions & quickly responded to our emails. He made recommendations on what we should do to keep the debris out of a section of gutters that were impacted by tree debris. The estimate was quick, thorough & fair. The installer was on time & did a great job. He even brought a tarp to protect our new deck as we had mentioned our concern to both the receptionist & estimator. The team worked well together in coordinating our job, addressing our concerns & accommodating our needs. Great team to work with!"

"Axis re-sheeted and re-shingled my roof in 2019. The decision to re-sheet my entire roof with plywood was mine, in response to concerns over mildew where the original roof was not vented well. The crew was professional and conscientious and was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, work extended across the Thanksgiving holiday, but they assured the entire roof was covered and protected during that delay. The Malarkey shingles have held up well and improve the appearance of our home. I value the extended warranty provided with the purchase. I am happy to provide this review two years after the fact, and also recommended Axis to my neighbors, who had their roof replaced last year. I recommend Axis for a fair priced high-quality job."

"We had the roof of our house and skylight cleaned and zinc spread on the roof. We also had the roof replaced on a small barn. E felt the cost was reasonable. Our roof is very steep and so anchors needed to be installed, which we appreciated as we want the workers to be safe and now the anchors are available for any future work. Workers were prompt, professional, courteous and did an amazingly thorough job of cleaning up all the debris around the house after spraying off the roof. They sprayed down the house and windows as well and it looks great. They were very willing to attend to a couple additional requests such as removing a bird nest built behind a floodlight and adjusting a gutter at no additional cost. The new barn roof looks great. They took the extra time and care to replace some of the roof supports that had some damage even though it required them to run to the store for additional supplies. Angelica communicated clearly in scheduling the work and accommodated our schedules. We highly recommend Axis Roof and Gutter and will use them again for any future needs."
