All Craft Exteriors, LLC is an exterior home improvement company based in Rochester, MN. A fully licensed and insured general contractor, we've been installing roofing, siding, windows, and gutters since 2011. When we started our business, our goal was to find the best craftsmen, salespeople, and customer service representatives we'd ever worked with and create "The Best Crew in the Business". All Craft Exteriors uses only top quality products and offers user-friendly financing to make your home improvement easier to afford. "Where to start. The repairs are being done on a home I’m renting, so I’m the annoyed sideline never will be, customer. First the roof was done. Left nails everywhere, they came back out and picked those up, then left trash and shingles behind my shed. Blocked my truck in with a trailer and left. I was mad, so locked the trailer and prevented them from picking it up the next morning. Fast forward. Was told siding would be done the week of Halloween, I change my travel plans and come back, as I want to keep some of the old siding to fix some other spots, then it’s pushed to the following week, after they no show. Siding is delivered. No show on Tuesday and show up late afternoon Wednesday, tell me they will be back Thursday early. No show on Thursday. Come to find out, wrong siding was delivered. Think there was any communication on that? Nope, not from Troy, Caleb, or John until they were contacted and questioned. It’s pretty easy to write a quick email or make a phone call to the homeowner and COMMUNICATE. The communication and punctuality of this company is a joke. I will never suggest anyone use them for anything."
"All-Craft replaced our windows last year and we were very pleased with the results, so we recently decided to replace our old front door. Because this new door looks so spectacular, it’s hard to imagine all of the time and meticulous effort that Nick and Tanner had to dedicate to this seemingly simply project. We live in a 100+ year old brick house with plaster walls and vintage trim, so just removing the old door was feat in itself. Nick masterfully rebuilt the old opening to be able to attach the new door frame. It looks amazing! I smile every time I walk past my new door; the final product continues to exceed my expectations!
