Watts & Associates is a 44 year old, second generation roofing, sheet metal and waterproofing company. Our family has built our reputation with safety, service, and quality in the roofing and waterproofing industry. We are committed to handle all of your building envelope needs. We hold an unlimited license with SCLLR and have the bonding capacity to handle any project.

"Gary and Watts & Associates were amazing and I'm an old guy that does not use that word lightly. The damage from hail and wind was widespread but the roofing inspectors that the insurance company only identified part of the damage (which kept the payout under the deductible amount) Gary worked for weeks going back and forth with the insurance company providing pictures and video on multiple occasions and even taking some of the damaged shingles to my local agent to help sway the insurance company. Thanks to his efforts, the insurance company agreed that the damage had occurred and paid. Without him going the extra mile, I would have had to pay over $11,000 more! Great company and I now recommend them to everyone both professionally (commercial) and personally (residential). A+++++"
"I call this company because I had a roof leak during that big storm that came thru Columbia, SC. The roofer showed up and I directed him to the attic on where the leak was. He immediately identified the problem. The builder did not spray the sealant required on the portion where the vents are. We proceeded outside to identify the exact vent before he went on the roof. Mind you he arrived at 10am. By 10:20am he was done. It took him 5 minutes to setup and take down latter. The job took less than a minute because he just sprayed the sealant around the vent. I was charged $300 for this work. I feel I was overcharged and fleeced. Why does it cost that much for such a minor repair. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend another homeowner to use either. I had a neighbor who had the same identical issue and he had to get a couple of shingles replaced and plus they inspected the other vents for $150. He informed me that my repair should not have cost that much when they only sprayed the sealant. Just ridiculous to me. If I had a choice to give zero stars, I would have clicked on it. Highway robbery, but I digress."
