About Us

Company History: We are a third generation family owned roofing corporation with over 35 years of experience in all phases of roofing construction and over 15,000 satisfied customers. What We Do: We offer Roofing Services to Residential & Commercial Customers; Including (But not limited to) Re-Roofing, New Construction, Repairs, Restoration (Coating, etc), and Inspections. Our projects range from Residential standard roof replacement with decking and fascia replaced as needed or up to 350,000 sq. ft. Commercial projects, . We install cement tiles, shingles, torch and mop-grade modifieds, single-ply TPO and PVC systems, tapered ISO decks, and metal roofs. Our men are factory certified for GAF, Custom Seal, GenFlex, and Duro-Last (among many others). Our primary focus is on quality. We install Miami-Dade approved HVAC hurricane stands and skylights and bring everything on your project to current code compliance. ALL ESTIMATES ARE FREE, NO MATTER WHAT!   • "I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with Southeast Roofing's complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap. Less than a year ago, I trusted Southeast Roofing with the installation of a new roof on my property. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward process turned into a never-ending ordeal. Shortly after the installation, I noticed significant waviness in the peel-and-stick underlayment, a clear indication of shoddy workmanship. I reached out to Southeast Roofing immediately, urgently requesting their attention to address this glaring issue. To my shock and dismay, my initial communication was met with dismissive responses and empty promises. It took persistent effort on my part to even get them to acknowledge the problem. After a series of back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to inspect the issue on August 14th. Despite acknowledging the problem during the inspection, they failed to provide any concrete plan or timeline for resolving it. As if this display of negligence wasn't enough, my subsequent attempts to contact them were met with outright silence. I sent follow-up emails, giving them ample opportunity to address the issue and provide a solution. Regrettably, they chose to ignore my emails entirely, leaving me frustrated, infuriated, and feeling utterly disregarded. It is worth noting that I engaged the services of a third-party inspector, who unequivocally confirmed the urgent need for a roof replacement due to the poor workmanship and subsequent damage. I shared this report with Southeast Roofing, hoping it would finally compel them to take action. Yet, their lack of response not only demonstrates a disregard for their customers but also an utter disregard for the quality of their own work. I am left with no other option but to seek legal recourse to rectify this situation. It's deeply disheartening that it has come to this point, as I had hoped for a more amicable resolution. Southeast Roofing's failure to respond, fix the issue, or even show a shred of responsibility for their work is nothing short of a betrayal of their customers' trust. If you are considering Southeast Roofing for any roofing project, I implore you to think twice. This company's blatant disregard for their customers' concerns, their unwillingness to uphold their warranty obligations, and their lack of professionalism are inexcusable. I am now faced with the daunting task of addressing this matter legally, all because Southeast Roofing refused to do the right thing.
