Highly unprofessional workers I was at the McDonald’s in oak ridge TN. after picking my children up from school and was getting them lunch. One of your employees was leaving, and instead of backing out of the spot he was in he decided to drive through the parking spaces. I noticed he was trying to get out as the line was getting long. So as the drive through line was moving forward since I could not back up to let him out I tried to move up in the hopes that the car behind me would stay still and we could leave him a gap to then be able to get out. The line didn’t move as far up as I hoped. So he still had to reverse at that point and I guess he didn’t like that because once he was able to get out he pulled up next to me and honked on his horn to get my attention. When I looked at him he was giving me a very rude stair while also FLIPPING me off and then left the parking lot. Mind you my KIDS were in the vehicle and had to witness this act of unprofessionalism and rudeness. It was completely unacceptable, as all I was trying to do was help make room for him to get out. I see that your company has great reviews so I’m sorry to have to of given you a bad one. I hope that this is not something you would condone for you business and that you will find out what employee this was and handle this situation to make sure is does not ever happen again so you don’t receive any other issues or complaints on your business.
