Most don't call back, don't show up, or don't respond after showing up. I was pleasantly surprised with my dealings with Pro Systems, Inc. They gave me a short window that they would be out to do my estimate for a new roof. Coming from out of town, time is important to us. Matt showed up in the stated time frame and was very respectful of our time. He was very professional and helpful during the estimate and all correspondence afterwards. He was prompt in responding to any questions we had. I am very pleased with the interaction, new roof and the fair price! Highly recommend this company!"
"I called this company to come out to give me an estimate for a slate roof repair. The appt had to be rescheduled for a time I wasn’t home because someone called out last minute. That’s fine, it happens. So they supposedly came out on a Monday, but I never heard from them afterwards. I called the following Monday to inquire about my estimate. Apparently my email address was spelled wrong.... okay. Well I guess that happens too. The person who answered the phone said she would pass this along the to the guy who did my estimate so he could resend the email. 5 days later, still no email. I’ve tried to call multiple times the last two days, but no one ever answers the phone anymore. Needless to say, I’ll be giving my business to someone more reliable."
