  • "It’s hard enough to find good help these days, but Mitchell Roofing took complete and total advantage of my parents. They replaced the entire roof of their house 5 years ago, and within that 5 year period there were several leaks inside of my parents house. Every single person, including the boss came out (after several phone calls and a lot of them putting off coming out) and they did nothing other than climb up on the roof, look around, and say they would call my parents back. My parents had a warranty, on top of the more serious issue of why were there so many leaks after the roof only being on for 4 years. I do not normally leave bad reviews unless I feel it’s worth doing, and in this case, I am very disappointed and disgusted with Mitchell Roofing. After weeks of calling and canceling to come back out, and dragging their feet, we finally found someone who took the time to come inside, and climb into the attic. The man quickly found and fixed the very simple problem within one week! Mitchell Roofing took an entire year of coming out and doing nothing, and waited until the warranty had expired, and still did nothing. We haven’t’ heard back from them at all. I do NOT recommend this business at all."

  • "Very disappointed and frustrated. Mitchell Roofing installed a new roof on our home 2 years ago. Chris Turner came out on a Tuesday to look at damage we found to the gutter & facia board and some of the wood underneath the shingles near our chimney. He said he would put the repairs on the warranty and would hopefully have someone come out to start work by the end of the week. That Friday, after not hearing anything back, I called the office and Chris said he would know more on Monday about getting us on the schedule. I called Monday, left a message, and no one called me back. I had also sent him an email at one point thinking maybe he would respond to a written message if not a phone call. No answer. We have water actively entering our home in large amounts when it rains. We need this fixed ASAP and Mitchell Roofing has shown no sense of urgency or responsibility to make repairs on a roof they installed that is under warranty. I met with a company yesterday and the guy spent an hour with us to come up with ideas on how to fix it, he called his "magic worker" who is good at solving tough situations and he already has us on their schedule. How wrong is it that I am relieved to be paying another company to make this right?"

  • "They did my roofing job in like a week it's really only supposed to be a day. The roof still had issues after that they had to correct. They ran over potted plants in my yard. You get what you pay for"

  • "This is a true story, yet almost unbelievable in today’s world. Our house is 24 years old, and I thought we needed new gutters because of the age of our home. We pride ourselves in maintaining it. Chris Turner told me on the phone I might not need new gutters if they’re not leaking and he gave me a ballpark figure to replace them. He came to our house when he said he would. Afterwards he contacted me to tell me “our gutters are fine.” We had a thorough conversation, and I told him personally that his honesty is refreshing. He could have made a sale to a willing consumer. He chose instead to be honest. We need more Chris Turner’s and Mitchell Roofing in our world. I can’t thank them enough. Of course, I highly recommend them."

  • "Called earlier in the day and waited for someone to call me. I hadn't heard anything so when I got off of work I called back to ask how long it might take for someone to call me back and had to leave a message. The receptionist returned my call, I asked how long it might take to get a call back. She said maybe at the end of the week. I said well it is raining about every night so if you guys can't get to me let me know so I can call someone else. Instead of saying "let me check and see how long it might take", her response was well if you want to call someone else I can cancel this order. So, I said that is fine. I guess they can afford to lose business."
