"We are very happy to have Gulfstream Roofing again for our roof. 25 years ago our roof was done by Gulfstream. During the 25 years, they fulfilled their warranty and even came back and helped us when we had issues with the roof, that was not their fault. With our new roof installation we had one hiccup. While the crew was out to lunch, there was a great rain storm, and there was some water damage in our ceiling. Dennis, our project manager, owned up to it, brought in a company to dry everything out and paid to repair any internal damage. That is a sign of a professional company who stands by their work. A neighbor commented to me recently that our development’s clubhouse started their roof before we did, and are still not completed. Once Gulfstream starts, they get the job done quickly! I would highly recommend this professional company."

"BUYER BEWARE… After several attempts at getting Gulfstream Roofing to stand behind the $150,000 roof they installed 2 ½ years ago which was leaking in 7 different places, they refuse to do anything to fix the core issue. They prefer to do patchwork to correct the issue rather than correct the core problem and stand by their warranty. We now have learned that the concrete they used is defective and has cracked and the flat roof they installed does not drain properly. I would never recommend using this company!"
