    "Unbelievable! G Fedale had put a new roof on my house back in 2015. However, I only bought the house last year. I discovered a bad spot on the roof that look like the shingles were lifting. When G Fedale was doing work on a neighbors house, I spoke to one of the guys on site and mentioned my problem. A couple of weeks later, out of the blue, I received a phone call apologizing for the problem and saying they could send somebody out the next day to look at it. This morning Jason showed up. Even looking at it from the ground told me that it appeared some of the plywood sheathing had come loose. After doing a close inspection and removing some shingles he confirmed that the shingles were installed correctly put the plywood had become detached along one edge. He called his office for authorization to repair the plywood, obviously more than a warranty job on the shingles. I listened on speakerphone while he spoke to the person in the office in charge of warranty work. They knew that they had replaced some sheathing when they did the roof, but not sure if this section was part of the repair. They simply told Jason, go ahead. Take care of the whole job under warranty. I was shocked! Remember, I didn’t have the roof done, I bought the house seven years after the roof had been done. Well, a few hours later, Jason had done an expert job. Seamlessly repairing the roof and plywood sheathing, at no charge to me. Everybody talks about customer service, and how great their warranty is. But I have never experienced this level of service. Thank you Jason and G Fedale."

    "Could not be more happy with them. They were quickly responsive to all requests. Assisted us with insurance, picking proper materials, while not trying to up-sell. They did our roof, siding, trim and gutters. It truly looks like a new house. The work and craftsmanship is great. Trustworthy and honest. Joe, Jon, Cris, Tyler and all the crews were professional and great to work with. They even hit the little things, they cleaned everything up and double and triple checked to make sure there were no sharps so our dog wouldn’t stepmom something. Would recommend them everyday."

    "We replaced the old warping cedar shingle roof on our Rehoboth Beach rental property with a high-quality asphalt shingle. We also replaced a couple aging skylights. Frank and his crew were very professional and efficient, and the quality of the work was excellent. They also did a good job cleaning up. Everything looks great and performs as expected after several months. Highly recommended!"
