  • B L Dalsin Roofing free annual inspections along with their occasional follow up maintenance and preventative maintenance are a great aid in helping our large condominium complex flat roof avoid eventual costly repairs that might otherwise result from neglect. This company is highly recommended. Dalsin is always our first call for roofing answers.

  • We have been using BL Dalsin roofing since the building was built in 2004 and have been taken advantage of their yearly free inspections since then. Not every year they find anything wrong with our roof and when they do the repairs and maintenance it is done quickly and efficiently. I have known of Dalsin since the 1990's at previous employers. Top company and great technicians.
