W.P. Baker hung a sign in his shop in 1915 that read, "We shall do good work, at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always good work.". The original sign still hangs in our corporate office, and it still guides every decision we make. Baker Roofing Company is one of the nation's largest commercial roofing contractors, with 29 locations across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. We've grown market by market, never through acquisitions. In July 2025, we became 100% employee-owned. Every person who wears the Baker name has a personal stake in the work we do and the reputation we've spent 110 years building. For our people.
