"Unfortunately, I can not recommend ARS Roofing. They, through a contractor (we fired), installed a new roof for us four years ago. After several leaks were found after the initial installation, they did come out and fix the issues. Fast forward to a month ago (10/20), a small drip developed in the MB. Called and scheduled a visit. They come and looked at the leek. We were told a team would be out to further investigate and resolve the issue. After calling several times, I gave up and called another company. The other company came out and diagnosed the issue immediately. It was an improper type of nail (and improperly placed) used in the sub roof which had been installed by ARS. The nail was creeping out of the sub roof, allowing for water to enter through the shingle. Problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. What’s frustrating is that ARS could have rectify their initial mistake, but failed to follow through. Additionally, what other problems with the initial installation awaits?"
