"I cannot recommend highly enough! I compared SIX bids for an extensive roof and gutter replacement. Acme was baseline less expensive, and they agreed to paint and do carpentry all of the other roofing companies refused to do. They did the work of three companies - had I hired a different roofing company, I would have had to hire a general contractor and house painter. So not only were they cheaper, but I didn't have to interview and hire anyone else! Additionally, they answered my incessant emails and phone calls, were courteous and polite, and were superior in every aspect to the five other companies who came out to the house. I also had guidance from my brother-in-law, who is a general contractor in New Mexico, who looked at the bids and told me Acme was the best. I had a roof to replace, extensive and difficult carpentry, eaves to rebuild, rotten ends of beams to saw off, all on a three story mountain house on uneven ground. Acme were the only ones who told me they would paint the wood they replaced- all of the other companies told me I would have to hire another company. They were the only ones who told me they would rebuild the eaves the previous owner sawed off. They were baseline less expensive, and the total bill was $18K less than the highest estimate a competitor gave me. Let that sink in, $18,000 less. And that competitor wanted me to hire two more companies in addition to his! The roof was the second most expensive purchase of my life to this point, so I really spent a lot of time comparing these six companies. I would not have known what a good deal I was getting if I hadn't had five other bids and all the data in front of me to compare. Absolutely, I got the best deal, I didn't have to hire 3 companies and Acme did all of it, and they did it for less. Check out the before and after pictures to see what a stellar job they did! I hope these guys get a ton of work; this is a bonkers good company."

"I simply am over the moon with the great job that ACME’s crew did on our roof. We were in contact with numerous contractors for the job, but ACME was consistently a cut above the rest, our communication was mostly done through email (my preference) and it was always prompt, usually receiving a reply in time for me to think, “Wow, that was a fast reply.” Further, their quote for the job was formatted professionally and concisely. So many other contractors aren’t as professional with their quotes and Hector’s crew is absolutely professional in every detail. They really set a high bar for us to evaluate the rest of the crews involved in our home renovations. We were quoted 2-3 days to complete the job and I am still amazed at how efficiently and exactingly they completed the work. After 2 days all the roofing and gutter work and debris cleanup were done. They only needed a third day to pickup the last bags of refuse that wouldn’t fit on the truck on their 2nd day. Everyone we interacted with on the crew was great and made the process astoundingly easy (it has been like pulling teeth with some of the other contractors and that was just to get a quote). When one of our neighbors or friends needs roof work, before they can even finish asking for a recommendation we’ll be shouting, “ACME!” because there really shouldn’t be any other answer. They’re the best you could hope for and I’m so happy they were recommended to us."
