"Called this awesome company after another company flaked on us, the other company just never showed up at the scheduled time. We worked with Jose, and he surpassed our expectations. We called after hours and he answered (major plus for our situation). He called beforehand with his ETA, thoroughly completed his inspection, and gave us all the details, step by step, afterwards. He even worked closely with our insurance provider, which took some of the workload off of our plates. We are truly grateful for his work and his work ethic. "We love Shawn and Leanne Edgar with Absolute construction. We moved here 6 years ago from Cali and never in 25 years had to have a roof repaired. After less than a year here we needed a new roof on our new house. We used a different contractor and had the worst experience. A year and a half later we needed yet another one. We spoke to a few contractors and felt Leanne And Shawn were our best option to work with. They helped with the insurance company from start to finish, they did everything promised plus some, and very professional at every turn. They just completed my Mom and daughter's house this summer. "By far the best!! We were distraught when our pipes burst during the winter storm in February, 2021. A friend of ours referred them to us. Donald came out the next day and assessed damages and stayed by our side throughout the process. Donald was good at advocating on our behalf with the insurance company to make sure we got what we needed to get our repairs done. Donald was great in educating us throughout the process and their quality of work was top notch!! After the work was completed, our home looked like brand new. "It's very difficult to find a good roofer. Too many bad apples out there makes it hard to know if a company is legitimate or not. We were visited in person by Miguel, who introduced himself, gave us a brochure and suggested the roof inspection. Much better than a random phone call. We were impressed by his professionalism so we hired him to replace our roof after hail damage. Insurance covered most of it, and he was able to work directly with the insurance company. The actual crew showed up on time and knew their stuff. It was a pleasure to see experts in action. At the end of the job, Miguel himself oversaw the clean-up, which to me is the most important part. He made sure every nail was found in our driveway before he left at night. And I'm thrilled to say that NOT ONE nail has ended up in our car tires. All-in-all an A+ experience. He really did under-promise and over-deliver."

He made several repeat visits to my house to photo document damage until he secured a full roof and gutter replacement. He was on site the day the roof was replaced to answer my questions and document any other damage. He was also here when gutters were installed. The roofers spent a couple of hours after the roof was on picking up debris and policing my yard. This is best contractor experience I have ever had. He was here when the work was being done and he followed up on all the details."

"A storm on June 9th, 2019 badly damaged our roof to the point that insurance totaled it. We decided to move from a metal roof to a class 4 composition one installed by Daniel and his team at Absolute. We could not be more pleased; the entire team was very patient, responsive and attentive to our desires for a quality installation done right. The roof has a couple of skylights and a number of varying architectural features, including "dead valleys" that required some intricate work to completely protect from leaks. These guys conquered it and did so professionally and with attention to detail. Highly recommended."

"Our house was damaged by the October tornado, followed by 6 months of anxiety & frustration, negotiating with our insurance company and several different roofers trying to get our home repaired. State Farm sent us a check for $88.85 to cover our losses. We had emergency tarp put up, replaced our garage door and came to the point where we were at a total loss of what to do next. - Then we encountered Donald Walker with Absolute Construction. Donald became not only our contractor, but our advocate. He was professional, meticulous in every detail, and relentless in bringing whoever and whatever was necessary to get a fair adjustment . He pushed us forward when we were ready to give up. Yesterday our new roof was installed, our gutters replaced and our fence repaired, all covered by State Farm. None of this would have happened without Donald. He was our advisor, project manager, guru. We are beyond pleased with our final settlement.
