"HORRIBLE SERVICE ! We contacted this company for our roof renewal and as of this moment we have been receiving horrible service. We have payed over 24K and they have only came to remove the old roof. It has been over a month and my roof only has paper, not only that, we are already in hurricane season ! Me and my family are terrified that a hurricane hits Florida and destroys our home. The paper my roof has it’s already been rained on, it is probably already damaging. We went over to their location to check if everything was alright and they told us that the metal was delayed and then told us that they forgot to place the order of the metal. It is excuses after excuses! When I told them I was going to involve the law with this, they laughed in my face, very disrespectful! We are customers paying a large amount of money and we expect EXCELLENT service. I am very upset with this company and I will definitely NOT recommend anyone. They are very quick to charge but not quick to get a job finished. Not professional at all."
