  • "UPDATE responding to the company's response of my review below. _________________________________________________________________ Thank you for responding. That's the most information I have gotten from you guys in over 6 weeks!!! However you are wrong. This IS a situation where water is entering the house. The services requested were to repair a leak in the attic. The rafters in the attic are clearly wet after rain, the insulation is wet and there is damage to the sheetrock. That is water entering in the house and not an aesthetic repair in the least. Mike was aware of that upon inspection and was aware that water was entering the attic via the chimney because he said the waterproofing was bad. Mike met with "the husband" and had one conversation. The other seven conversations were between Mike and "iamnichol" and another 8 with the girls in the office. I was assured by Mike himself in numerous phone calls that he is fully capable to do this job. I understand there are uncontrollable circumstances that come up, weather to navigate, and other contractors to rely upon. Then why were NONE of these things listed in your response brought up to me in any of our conversations? I asked numerous times why it was taking so long. I was not aware of a mason that you were waiting on. These are the things that should be discussed with a customer. I appreciate your response, but I stand by my words. Unprofessional behavior. _______________________ Would NOT recommend... I called Mike Mullen, owner, who immediately came to inspect my roof and recommend repair methods. He said he will get me an estimate in a few days. I'm very patient. I waited a week, then he said he was out of town, he'll get it to me in a few days. Another week, a rainy day in the office, he'll get it to me today. Another week, give the girls in the office a call to bug me about it. Another week... radio silence. Another week, the girl in the office is apologizing for his behavior. Another week... did I mention I'm very patient? I'm understanding as well. A simple phone call would've gone a long way... Another week.... it's been 6+ weeks since we started this charade. Now I am told he cannot do the job, when 6 weeks ago he assured me he could do it, he wanted to do it and he made promises to get me an estimate soon. He has wasted my time and energy and now I have to start at square 1 with another roofer. Good job for your very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I never write google reviews, but here's your estimate for ya..."

  • "There are so many companies to choose from and we decided to hire Premier Roofing in November 2020, this company is the real deal. The owner, Jack was on site checking on his crew, making sure they had all the materials they needed and communicating with me as the project advanced. You never know what you’ll find when you open a roof and ours was in worse condition than I thought. Jack explained his recommendation in detail, pointing out visuals throughout the process, and allowing me to approve any additional work before his team made any changes. His rates were reasonable and his team delivered a solid, tightly sealed roof. They cleaned up as if they were never there. I recommend highly recommend this company."

  • "The quality and professionalism of Premier Roofing is outstanding. From the first day that we met their representative Jack Zawacki we knew we were working with an excellent contractor. We can’t thank you enough for the work that was done and how friendly Jack was to us. Our neighbors could not believe what a wonderful job that was done and wished that they had used Premier Roofing! Thank you Jack Zawacki and Premier Roofing, your awesome!!"

  • "Had my roof replaced on 5/14/20. Matt was helpful and set me up with financing that fit my budget. His workers were here on time and were very professional. The supervisor gave instructions which were carried out. When the job was finished they cleaned the property like they were never there. I would recommend Premier Roofing without a doubt."

  • "Matt was a pleasure to do business with. Premier is a better company because of him. That being said, the time it took from my estimate to completion of my roof repair was great. The quality of work did not suffer because it was done in a short time frame. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Roofing thanks again."

    - M.W.

  • "Extremely happy with the company. We worked with Matt. He was very friendly and professional. Total roof replacement with tear off of old roof and gutters. Job was completed in just 7.5 hours. Price was great and the work was exceptional. Will use them for our next big job. Highly recommend!!"

  • "We just had our roof done by Premier. We had the pleasure of meeting with a very personable and knowledgeable young man by the name of Matt. He was there first thing and returned later when the job was completed. His crew were extremely deligent and hard working. The clean up left nothing undone. I would highly recommend this company."
