About Master Flow™ Foundation Vent - Automatic

The GAF Master Flow™ 16 in. x 8 in. Resin Automatic Foundation Vent in Black helps reduce moisture that can cause decay in your foundation with a net free vent area of 57 sq. in. The vanes are factory set to automatically open fully at 70°F and close fully at 40°F. Comprised of durable resin construction with UV-inhibitors, the unit easily slips into place and is held in place by tightening the 4 screws in the face of the unit.

For owners/structures not meeting the above criteria, Lifetime coverage is not applicable. Lifetime ltd. warranty on accessories requires the use of at least three qualifying GAF accessories and the use of Lifetime Shingles.
