"UPDATE: Owner seems to have forgotten all about this job. Try Gina PERRY. Thompson is my maiden name. Wow.. Crew put shingles on very warped plywood. Was told by owner that Titan can't expect the customer to take on that expense of replacing plywood. I WASN'T GIVEN THE CHOICE! You don't make my financial decisions, Sir. They scratched a window. Cut big notches in some shingles, and didn't replace them. I asked for facia boards, because I didn't want gutter straps on my new roof and they didn't communicate that to their gutter subcontractor. So, silver straps with globs of silicone on my black roof. Looks awful! Paid for black drip edge, and got white. Asked for black gutters, and got white. Owner was going to send subcontractor to change them out, but put his heals in the ground when I insisted they be installed as I asked. NO STRAPS! So, I sit. Unhappy.😔"
