"We called them today as we had a couple of siding pieces come off due to the very high winds. Someone came by fairly quickly and gave us an estimate of almost $1,800 to put back the 2 siding pieces. Wow! They also charged us $129.95 for coming to the house today and didn't even bother to at least nail down the other siding pieces that most likely will come off in the meantime as the wind continues. So we paid them for the "pleasure" of coming by and give us that outrageous estimate. Btw, I followed up with Ray who insisted that today's call was a "service call" when in fact it was just an estimate call since no service was performed whatsoever. This company is a joke! We did call someone else and they came by, gave us a free estimate, and their fee is less than 20% the fee that "Best Contracting" was trying to charge us. Do yourself a favor and call other companies. Any company with this kind of shady practice should not be in business. Update: The company ended up not charging us the $129.95."

"I was told by my insurance company that I needed a new roof immediately. I had Jim from Best Contracting come out and look at my roof, expecting just a quote for replacement like all the other companies I was getting estimates from. What I got was an HONEST evaluation of my roof. He took pictures and said I didn't need one for at least 5 more years. I was able to take that information to my insurance agency and they agreed to postpone the requirement. Even knowing that the company would not get the business this year because of the evaluation, they still were honest enough to tell the truth on the status of my needs. They put honesty and integrity before all else. This sold me on Best Contracting. I highly recommend Jim and the company because of this."

"I had hail damage on my home. The aluminum siding was severely beat up. Best contracting was on time and worked with my insurance company. Their sales rep Joshua Shoemaker is awesome! He guided me through the process and everything went very smoothly. I definitely got the 5⭐️experience with this company. The installers were on time and very professional ! I highly recommend their services. I am very pleased with job they preformed and highly recommend them. I would certainly use them again should I need them."
