"We first used Leonard Roofing about 3 years ago to reroof the house and attached garage. With hurricane Ian both were in remarkable condition from the wind. Unfortunately the garage suffered damage when the two of neighbor's large pine trees damaged the roof and gutters. Such a good experience that I signed with Leonard for a reroof of the garage and new gutters. It will of course be some time as we had to wait to sign our contract due to the insurance company delays."

"Went in person to get on their list for food inspection after hurricane Ian. I knew it would be a long wait and was told 6 to 8 weeks. 8 weeks later I revisited the office to see if my name was approaching the top of the list for my estimate. I was told that I am now looking at April for my estimate. I completely understand the conditions local roofers must be under due to hurricane damage, however I would’ve appreciated being told upfront that my estimate wait time would be 6 months and not 6 weeks. Not impressed. Now I have to start all over with a different company. Office staff friendly so worth 3 stars, but scheduling and upfront communication is disappointing."
