  • "As a current SEDA employee, I witness the hard work, love and dedication that this builder devotes to building new homes. The staff goes above and beyond to provide the best service throughout the entire building process. Lucky to know and work for such a reputable and stable local home builder!"

  • "Terrible experience from the owners and staff of this company. They used a bully approach with lack of customer service. I backed out of a contract due to this unacceptable behavior and SEDA kept money that didn’t belong to them. Hire a lawyer if you do business with this unethical bunch"

  • "I am extremely disappointed with this company. Signed a contract three months ago. Provided 20k in binders fee and another 12k in upgrades. Permit was authorized last month. Get a call today that the house will now be 30K over the original signed contract price due to increase in labor cost and materials. An increase over a three month span at 10k per month, over the originally contracted price."
