"I had multiple bids and inspections on my roof after a hailstorm. Northridge was realistic and honest (others made all kinds of promises that, turns out, insurance said 'no' to since I didn't have enough damage). Justin was always very informative and easy to work with and he gave me a lot of options. Of all the contractors I asked about bids, Northridge had great prices and was the most thorough in explaining pros and cons to different options (shingle vs metal, etc). Justin was personable and has a good sense of humor while being thoroughly professional. He also coordinated schedules with solar folks (to uninstall and reinstall) really well so I wasn't down power for very long. The crew was awesome, friendly, and worked tirelessly to give me a roof that would keep my home safe and looking good for many years. They included little touches like painting some of the pipes coming out of the roof to match my new shingle color and cleaned up extremely well when the job was done. I would recommend Northridge to friends and family members and, if I ever buy a different house, would absolutely use him again."
